1. What this software is
Affiliate Studio ("the Software") is a personal, self-hosted application used by its author to prepare short videos and manage their own social media accounts. It is not offered to the public, sold, or operated as a service for anyone else.
2. Who may use it
The Software is used solely by its author, on their own computer, with their own accounts. There is no registration and no third-party access.
3. TikTok integration
Where the Software connects to TikTok, it does so through TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API, using access explicitly granted by the account owner. It sends videos to that account's drafts only. It does not publish content, and it does not read, alter, or interact with any account other than the ones its operator has connected.
Use of TikTok through the Software is additionally governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Nothing here overrides them.
4. Content
All videos processed by the Software are created or licensed by its operator, who is solely responsible for them.
5. No warranty
The Software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Because it is used only by its author, no support, availability, or fitness for any purpose is promised.
6. Changes
These terms may change as the Software changes. The date above reflects the current version.
